Who we are
Warkworth Surveyors Limited is the new name for an old, well-established surveying company based north of Auckland in Warkworth. We started out over 30 years ago as Lamb & Molloy, and still known throughout the Rodney and Kaipara regions for our excellent reputation, quality and professionalism.
We work with land-owners, property developers and their advisors to provide a full range of consultancy services for urban and rural subdivision developments. We aim to meet your requirements using the latest information and technologies, combined with a friendly, yet professional approach.

Graeme Smith, Director
Registered Professional Surveyor
Graeme graduated from University of Otago School of Surveying in 1983. Since then has worked internationally and locally as a land surveyor. He joined us in 2013 when previous partner Rex Molloy retired.
Graeme has a wide range of experience and is skilled in all facets of land surveying. He will ensure your surveying project is carried out to industry and best practice standards, to achieve positive outcomes in a timely manner.
Rupert Mather
After 29 years of working closely with our clients to achieve successful outcomes, Rupert has decided it is time to retire from the profession and explore other options. He is now working one day a week to slowly hand over his work in progress.
